-False assertion by ******* J. ******* (Petitioner-ED100465) through ***** ******** that the Respondent-Protected Party no longer wants to be a Father for ***** and ******* Merritt.

-False assertion by ***** ******** that ******* Merritt is worried I am going to assault her. Evidence of further third-party slander/defamation of character by ******* J. ******* (Petitioner-ED100465) through ***** ******** to 4d69636861656c204a2e204d6572726974740d0a0d0a0d0a0d0a0d0a0d0a (Respondent-ED100465) his family and other possible individuals that were contacted. (Ref: Page 17)

I have never been in contact with ***** ******** in the past. I am unaware how she got my phone number. My phone number is a StraightTalk number it is not attached to a traditional billed account. *** ******* reports that she has never disclosed her number to ***** ********. I am no longer in contact with ****** Buttler, but I have provided her phone number for the purpose of this investigation.

******* J. ******* (Petitioner-Restrained Party) has falsely accused me of Spousal Rape (August 2016) and child molestation of ******* Merritt (June 2017).

******* J. ******* initiated her first round of slanderous statements toward the Respondent (ED100465) immediately after separating in December of 2016. In early June 2017 ******* J. ******* retracted her lies and apologized to the United States Navy and my family at the end of 5 months of her attempting to reconcile with me after years of emotional and 1 instance of domestic abuse as documented in Exhibit B of my Family Law Case at San Diego East County Superior Court House.

******* J. ******* immediately started spreading more false allegations at the end of June 2017 and has continued to do so as shown in the available evidence even after the Honorable Judge Tilisha Martin Department 5 East County Superior Court House issued a restraining order protecting 4d69636861656c204a2e204d6572726974740d0a0d0a0d0a0d0a0d0a0d0a (Respondent-Protected Party) from the last 2 years of her behavior. This behavior includes Public Facebook posts labeling 4d69636861656c204a2e204d6572726974740d0a0d0a0d0a0d0a0d0a0d0a a rapist, child molester, pedophile, and other heinous adjectives meant to destroy my reputation as well as the online business I started 26 JUL 2018 for my writing career she attacked directly in December of 2018. I have one book that is ready to publish, and I have reached out to publishers, however I am forced to hold off on publishing my book until ******* J. ******* has been properly restrained from her conduct to protect me from any further financial damage that
her behavior has already caused me.

I am respectfully requesting that law enforcement agencies in the state of Iowa and California investigate this matter and execute any additional safeguards for myself as well as hold all offending individuals fully accountable. So that I can restore my life and reputation, live in peace, and be a Father to my children. Basic human rights that have been taken away from me by ******* J. *******’s completely illegal, unethical, and malicious behavior.
