I want to take this opportunity to respectfully submit to San Diego East County Superior Court Department 5 that my domestic abuse restraining order I submitted on 24 FEB 2020 articulated and augmented on every grievance I submitted in court for my 31 APR 2019 restraining order. I was granted a temporary restraining order on 31 APR 2019 that was to be extended by 6 months on 31 OCT 2019 because of a death threat from the previously restrained party while that restraining order was in place. I retracted my restraining order at the end of my 31 OCT 2019 trial after the Honorable Judge indicated she would extend it by 6 months because your court deemed me an unfit parent based off the Petitioner’s false testimony to this court and no provided evidence. I retracted
my restraining order after being told I was deemed unfit because my kids are more important to me than my own life and safety, If l had not retracted my restraining order for the purpose of trying to work with my false accuser (Petitioner) for the purpose of trying to improve my kids’ lives I would
