Montana’s state government has enabled and conspired with abusive behavior towards the health and best interests of two children residing within its borders.
The Montana Office of Public Instruction has enabled damage/injury to the lives of my children, myself, and my family court case by executing leadership, training, and internal protocols that allow/enable one of its schools to violate federal law and deny the rights of a parent to school records required for court evidence.
Montana’s Office of Consumer Protection has enabled damage/injury to the lives of my children, myself, and my family court case by allowing and assisting with the concealment of two children under San Diego East County Superior Court jurisdiction without authority or a court order authorizing them to do so.

I have reached out to both of your departments on multiple occasions to inform you of your involvement in criminal acts. I am drafting this correspondence to tell you that I am holding you both personally responsible for leading agencies involved and assisting illegal activity due to your lack of involvement in correcting this situation.
