2. The Form of Spectral Evidence in a Witch Trial
Private citizens nor organizations within this state or republic have the right to manipulate law enforcement to criminalize another citizen’s ethical use of rights protected by the constitutions of the State of Iowa and the United States of America. Citizens or organizations that produce a false perception of fear or hysteria to criminalize an innocent citizen speaking publicly against their misconduct need to be held accountable to the system of justice they sought to weaponize against those they victimize.
The Salem Witch Trials of 1692-1693 were enabled by a paradigm of justice that permitted the use of spectral evidence to silence the enemies of religion.

“The Court of Oyer and Terminer convened on June 2, 1692, with Chief Magistrate William Stoughton presiding. A controversial type of evidence allowed in the proceedings was called spectral evidence. Although impossible to prove, this evidence allowed the accusers to state that an accused’s spirit had appeared to them, and it was accepted based on the Puritan belief that the devil was real.” Reference (4.)
Evidence supports the conclusion Hope United Methodist Church of Marshalltown, IA sought to invoke this paradigm of justice to protect its reputation with the local public, which produces this organization’s annual revenue.
