3. Purpose of Request

To provide evidence to Iowa State University regarding the possible use of their information systems end-user equipment in a multi-year/multi-state conspiracy involving child concealment, cyberstalking, and harassment utilizing the Ames Police Department. To provide records to the originator of this memorandum for the purpose of cooperating with Iowa State University’s leadership in the analysis of available testimony and evidence that show select employee(s) of Iowa State University’s contribution to a multistate conspiracy involving child concealment regarding custody and transfer of children that was concealed from San Diego East County Court.
