1. Requested Information

(a.) Iowa State University documentation showing the official job title and description of responsibilities for the Reiman Garden’s Education Director.

(b.) Iowa State University documentation showing policy and procedure for public schools, preschools, and any other organization providing education, leadership, or mentorship for children requesting a tour (i.e., group tour/field trip) of Reiman Gardens.

(c.) Point of Contact information for Reiman Garden’s personnel that coordinate or lead these group tours described in paragraph (1.)(b.).

(d.) The desired format of requested data: Portable Document Format/Thumb drive (at the Iowa State University published rate)

(e.) The originator of this request is not responsible for any costs generated by the production or organization of this data if the clerical, professional, clerical staff, legal fees, or any other required actions or cost exceed 10 hours or $1000 (whichever comes first) without prior coordination and approval from the originator of this request.

(f.) Distribution of Requested Data: Priority Mail sent to the originator of this request.
