-Officer Watson Case Number: 21-035520 Harassment/Insurance Fraudulent Use

2. Conclusion

The Newton, IA Police Department has failed to take any action on these reported incidents showing consistency with previous reports filed with this agency regarding other violations of the law by persons of interest involved in these cases.

The originator will be assuming responsibility for investigative efforts of these reported incidents at 0001 CST on 29 APR 2022 and providing a final report with evidence to the following agencies for enforcement:
