Before I draft a 10-page memorandum to the Iowa Civil Rights Commission citing the Iowa Constitution, the Iowa Code, and what evidence supports is a county discriminating against at least one citizen’s access to online county maintained public accommodations. I want to respectfully ask if you are aware your department and Jasper County, Iowa have blocked me on social media? At the same time, I have been publicly communicating (and tagging Jasper County government agencies) regarding events that are going to lead to a complaint with the Iowa Supreme Court Disciplinary Review Board against the Jasper County, IA Attorney’s Office regarding evidence of a violation of the 14th Amendment and the Iowa Rules of Professional Conduct. I am also very interested to know if Deputy Sheeder is related to the Sheeder employed at the Jasper County, IA Attorney’s Office. The reason I am curious is that the Sheeder family settled most of Guthrie County, IA in the mid-19th century after migrating from Pennsylvania. Most of my personal property is on Sheeder land because I have Sheeder blood flowing through my veins. The citizens of this state that were involved in the inter-state conspiracy regarding the concealment of my children from court-ordered hearings in California while preventing them from providing their testimony regarding the false allegations of sexual abuse utilized to conceal them also have Sheeder blood flowing through their veins. The Sheeder family typically has family reunions annually. I do not have a badge but would you agree that logical speculation is the root of where an investigator begins searching for evidence. Bias, prejudice, and a failure to follow the law by many in this situation are what have led to a father that served his country honorably for twenty years as a cryptologist and an information systems technician with top-secret clearance and no criminal record losing his children based on zero evidence, and approximately 130 words San Diego East County Superior Court documented on 16 SEP 2021 there is zero evidence to support. I am basing this conclusion on the fact that the Newton, IA Police Department failed to investigate a restraining order violation I reported regarding an assailant I have a signed document notarized by a California notary that swore this assailant under oath in accordance with the laws of the State of California while she stated on this official document that she violated the restraining order I provided the Newton, IA Police Department evidence for in August of 2019. The Jasper County, IA Attorney Scott Nicholson failed to handle this situation appropriately and the memorandum he provided me explaining his decision includes false statements and assumptions that are not supported by the evidence that I will be dismantling with the Iowa Supreme Court Disciplinary Review Board. Now we have evolved to a place in time where the Newton, IA Police Department refuses to release records inconsistent with their historical actions as I have their Iowa Incident Report documenting their failure to handle this 2019 restraining order violation. While the City of Newton, IA attorney Matthew Brick has done his best to resist releasing records in accordance with Iowa Code Chapter 22 while allegedly providing what evidence shows is a false statement regarding the existence of a professional portrait of Chief of Police Burdess I requested that is on the City of Newton, IA website and Social Media Facebook page he has acknowledged he is aware of. So it honestly doesn’t surprise me that Jasper County, IA, and your department have now blocked me on social media because how do you silence the truth of a county’s negligence regarding children being concealed in the State of Iowa while that transfer of custody coordination from California was being executed during a restraining order violation this county failed to handle properly? You put digital tape around the victim’s mouth while you halt their ability to tag your public pages in social media posts while halting the cloud-based indexing of his testimony with your elected positions.
I think it would be reasonable to say that what motivates me every morning is investigating and finding evidence of the root of this bias and prejudice that has produced the life I live now. Whether Iowa law enforcement helps me or not is irrelevant. We have SpaceX now because the government has shown it is no longer capable of getting to the moon. It is quite possible that if a county provides a sanctuary for second amendment rights while it tramples over 1st amendment rights, it is also not capable of enforcing, protecting, or following the law if it produces evidence of its violation.
I think the reason I am emailing you about this is that I want to believe that our country still has a shred of decency left and the reason I have been blocked from county social media public accommodations is because of the actions of an overzealous and misguided employee in the Jasper County, IA Facebook Department.
I am not your enemy, Sheriff Halferty I am a follower of Jesus Christ and a citizen of this state and republic that is committed to protecting parental rights that were taken from me while holding accountable in accordance with the law those that failed to protect my children’s rights so that another parent does not feel the pain I live with every day. At the same time, our society destroys the lives of innocent children with its professional negligence while it conditions them to work for the Iowa Prison Industries.
