What you choose to ignore has zero impact on me. At the same time, it provides evidence that you likely hope your social status and alleged accomplishments will motivate and persuade those you have included in your correspondence to ignore my testimony. Your response provides evidence that you don’t ignore the irrelevant but details that you possibly refuse, fail to take ownership of, or lack the courage to reconcile regarding evidence of your historical actions or provided testimony.
On Friday, 04 NOV 2022, at 0703, you electronically sent to the Iowa Public Information Board an attachment including the City of Newton, IA Police Department Policy 803, which states:
“803.3 CUSTODIAN OF RECORDS
The Chief of Police shall designate a Custodian of Records and make available to the public the identity of the person by prominently posting for public view (Iowa Code § 22.1).”
You provided a link in your 17 JAN 2023 electronic mail that fails to provide evidence the City of Newton, IA Police Department Chief of Police has designated a Custodian of Records and made “available to the public the identity of the person by prominently posting for public view (Iowa Code § 22.1)”

Mr. Brick, your response provides nothing except more evidence of misrepresentation and a non-response to a direct question regarding evidence of your documented testimony conflicting with the evidence.
If you can look at the back of your mobile phone, you will notice a digital image capture device. The intriguing aspect about this technology is that an Eastman Kodak engineer invented it (US patent 4,131,919) in 1975, nearly three decades before consumers adopted it. Evidence suggests that the corporate leadership of Eastman Kodak in 1975 ignored this technology because they failed to grasp the negative impact it would ultimately have on the Kodak film business model they sought to protect during the remaining years of the twentieth century. Ultimately what a party chooses to ignore will only produce a possible paradigm that may impact their business model—at the same time, providing their adversary a strategic advantage to advance on the battlefield while they are blinded by evidence of their arrogance.
After communicating with dozens of lawyers across the States of California, Iowa, and Montana, I have noticed evidence of an anomaly that indicates licensed lawyers have a possible self-perceived ability to distort reality with the simple presentation of words without regard for evidence. Sadly if I had become a lawyer and possessed this skill, I might have been able to survive the intolerance of my marriage for a few more hours.
After 4 p.m. today, I will consider this question closed, with the evidence you failed to provide an adequate response regarding the identity of the individual that is the City of Newton, IA, Custodian of Records in accordance with the City of Newton, IA Police Department Policy 803 that you provided the Iowa Public Information Board. The evidence you have provided shows the City of Newton, IA, changed the documented professional titles of those previously titled “Records Clerk” to “Administrative Assistant” that perform this function. At the same time, you solicit thousands of dollars for searches across an entire municipal information system from citizens requesting correspondence, receipts, and records; evidence indicates these employees processed.
A very crafty device. Almost as ingenious as your false allegation of harassment against a Pro Se party that successfully navigated allegations of spousal rape and child molestation based on zero evidence lodged by a party seeking to profit off of a civil family court case. Possibly to produce a barrier between the City of Newton, IA, and myself, preventing the production of a digital paper trail that could be used against your client in court. But, of course, if this allegation had any merit, your client’s police department would have filed charges against me instead of blocking me from producing further evidence of the alleged criminal activity.
I patiently wait for you to step up to the plate and provide evidence in a court of law I have defamed you or the City of Newton, IA, as you have repeatedly stipulated. Unfortunately, however, the evidence indicates you don’t have a case.
