How do you determine the identity of the Master of Puppets? Logic would suggest you see who is identified as being at the top of the city’s chain of command.

How do you dismantle citizens’ rights in accordance with Sections 2 and 7 of Article 1 of the Constitution of the State of Iowa? Evidence indicates you produce a device that prohibits or inhibits a citizen’s communications with their elected and appointed leaders in forums where their responses can be reproduced later as evidence (Iowa Code Chapters 21 and 22). At the same time, this device controls, isolates, and protects elected and appointed leaders behind a brick wall of legal representation from an open and free forum of questions, communicated grievances, and citizens exercising their freedom of speech with their elected and appointed leaders.
In this case, I have found the evidence consistent with reality while I have taken the time to Get to Know Newton.
Matthew, you must do better. For example, suppose evidence indicates your legal representation regarding matters related to Iowa Code Chapter 21 needs to be revised as evidence shows your representation of matters pertaining to Iowa Code Chapter 22 requires. In that case, it would greatly disappoint me. To date, you have yet to produce a challenge for me. Evidence indicates all that is required for a citizen to achieve rights, liberties, and public accommodations our laws protect is to sit and wait one year and allow you to be dismantled by your historical correspondence and evidence of false allegations of criminal conduct you communicate against citizens that file complaints against your client. Yet, simultaneously, you attempt to provide them with legal representation.
City Attorney Brick, I respectfully submit that our Iowa Code Chapter 22 game is nearing completion. Shall we begin our Iowa Code Chapter 21 game?
When someone has produced evidence of having either low competence or zero ethics while constructing a monument in the form of a career or other accomplishments, the question must be asked: What has been put in place or executed to keep it standing? Would you not agree? You have spent the last year attacking my merit.
